Pre-Owned Sales Manager/Used Car Buyer

This position contributes to the success of the dealership by successfully achieving sales goals and objectives relevant to the components of the dealership strategic pla n.

Pre-Owned Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities:

• Increase sales volume

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Hire, train and mentor sales staff

• Conduct sales meetings on a daily basis

• Establish sales objectives with plans for achieving them with each salesperson

• Display and market used vehicles on the lot and also through our inventory management tool

• Handle customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.

• Must have the ability to report to work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism

Pre-Owned Sales Manager – Requirements

• Education- High school diploma or the equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred.

• Experience-At least 3-5 years of used car management experience.

• Valid Texas Driver’s License

• Clean driving record and be able to pass a MVR and background check.

• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
