Volt is immediately hiring for a Machine Operator in Santa Fe Springs, CA. $23-25 / hr.

As a Machine Operator you will :

• Run machines to produce high quality optical coatings via sputtering processes and manufacturing of sputter film products.
• Set up & operate a machine of small vacuum coaters
• Fabricate optical coatings to meet customer specifications
• Document work and quality measurements
• Follow safety & health protocols

This is a full time opportunity. You must be available for 1st shift and 3rd shift.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 2 years experience in industrial application settings and / or fabrication lines
• Knowledge of thin film vacuum technology in production or research environment
• Mechanical & technical aptitude to learn
• Communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime

Pay Rate : $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
