JOB DESCRIPTION

Volt is immediately hiring a CSR / Moving Coordinatorr for a local leading organization in Albuquerque NM,

As a CSR / Moving Coordinator you will :

• Coordinate move from beginning to end following standard operating procedures.
• Act as a primary point of contact with shipper, account, and service providers to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Update critical move information, including notes and dates
• Provide the shipper with status of the move at designated points.
• Pro-actively update account of any issues
• Complete follow up calls with the shipper after completion
• Anticipate internal and external customer needs
• Perform basic office clerk duties such as answering telephones, filing paperwork, data entry, copy making
• Prepare paperwork for dispatch

CSR / Moving Coordinator candidates must meet the following qualifications for consideration :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Customer Service Experience
• 1 year experience in transportation industry (preferred not required)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be highly organized
• Be flexible, adaptable and team oriented

This is a Full Time Temp to hire position

The Schedule is $15-$17 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
