Compensation = $20 - $25/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Creating and confirming specifications of artwork for signage, displays, billboards, promotional materials and sponsorship packages, and working directly with local teams to coordinate the printing and distribution of collateral print materials.
  • Assist with the creative development of graphics, email templates, and other deliverables for local city teams to populate and deploy.
  • Assist with design of print materials to support City sales needs.

DESIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE
  • Creative mind with graphic design background
    • Copywriting a plus
    • Motion graphic skills a plus
  • Must be familiar with Adobe Design software and creative platforms (i.e. inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business needs and brand strategy into effective creative executions
  • Attention to detail / process-driven
  • Familiar with digital project management platforms (i.e., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience working with social media, email marketing, and content development
  • Ability to navigate and manage the needs of multiple groups.
  • Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
  • Dynamic personality interested in working in, and contributing to, a fun and active sporting environment
