Volkswagen of Lake Charles is Hiring a Certified Service Technician Near Charles, LA
Here at Volkswagen of Lake Charles, we have a growing need for an experienced certified technician. With our new ownership, we have had an influx of new business and vehicles coming into the service drive in need of repair. We are seeking a highly-experienced service technician with over 20-years of experience in auto repair ranging from sedans, SUVs, Trucks and automotive diesel engines
Our company offers flat rate pay along with health insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation days, & a 401K option.
Responsibilities:
- Perform line technician services
- Routine inspections/maintenance
- System diagnostics
- Full automotive troubleshooting and testing
- Use a computer to utilize factory software to send service details to service advisor's
- Continuously expanding your knowledge for new technologies and practice
- Perform road test
- Work on a service team with service advisor's and communicate about vehicle repairs needed
- Attend factory sponsored training classes
Requirements:
- Over 15 Years of Automotive Repair experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Automotive Liability Insurance
- A Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
License/Certification:
- ASE Certification (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
