Pricing Specialist
- ELE000303 - HybridPricing Analysis (40%)
- On a regular and ongoing basis analyze pricing program performance, using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Analyze and incorporate inputs from competitive pricing and cost-based pricing as well as customer willingness to pay.
- Recommend B2C pricing updates based on analysis, engaging key stakeholders from across the company
- Structure pricing experiments to test for price optimization.
- Partner with the OEM Sales team to analyze and set pricing for automotive OEM partner programs
Implementation (30%)
- Partner with the Product, Software, Marketing, OEM Sales, and Finance teams to develop and roll-out new pricing strategies.
- Support RFP response, bid development, and negotiations as it relates to pricing for the charging network.
- Partner with the Software team to roll-out pricing experiments.
Pricing Strategy (20%)
- Partner with Product to analyze, develop, recommend and communicate updates to the pricing strategy, assessing various pricing models.
Reporting (10%)
- Design, generate, and distribute pricing performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Years of Relevant Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Skills:
- Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written
- Integration – joining people, processes or systems; collaborative
- Structured problem solving and effective decision making
- Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative, and strategic; innovative
- Project and workflow management
- Comfort with ambiguity
Specialized Skills (Required):
- B2C revenue management or pricing experience
- Market analysis experience, including competitive analysis
- Statistical analysis experience (e.g. elasticity of demand, a/b testing)
- Dynamic pricing familiarity or experience
- Ability to work closely within a collaborative team environment and as an individual with minimal supervision
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Specialized Skills (Desired):
- B2B Revenue management or pricing experience
- Experience structuring, developing, and deploying SQL queries
- EV charging market or energy transition interest or experience
Work Flexibility:
- Travel—Domestic, up to 10%, as needed
