As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Cost Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As our Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing costs associated with our services and developing pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, conduct cost analysis, and provide insights to inform pricing decisions. Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities you’ll own:

· Collect, analyze, and determine pricing efficiencies of company routes and lanes.

· Analyze and develop company-wide pricing standards.

· Determine customer pricing and generate customer agreement, tariff, and proposal.

· Follow established procedures and set-up matrices.

· Prepare RFPs.

· Prepare documents and reports regarding pricing improvements for managers and executives.

· Maintain company pricing procedures and processes.

· Recommend changes to the company’s processes and policies to maximize profit.

· Analyze business operations, trends, pricing, and budget financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business with an emphasis in accounting, or related field preferred.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATOINS:

• Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suites, Xcel, and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, state and federal regulations, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
• Advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of managing the operations of a business, company, or group.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• If no degree, two years of previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
