We are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Memory Care Director to spearhead the transformation of our memory care programming.

What you'll be doing:

• Centralizing Memory Care Programming: Lead the initiative to centralize and standardize memory care activities and calendars across all Volante Senior Living communities.
• Expertise in Memory Care: Bring extensive experience and knowledge in memory care to implement best practices, ensuring a high standard of care for residents with dementia.
• Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely across the organization to integrate memory care programming seamlessly into the overall resident experience.
• Understanding Levels of Memory Care: Recognize and cater to the varying levels of memory care needs, ensuring tailored and person-centered approaches for each resident.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Memory Care, with a strong understanding of dementia care and its different stages.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful memory care programs.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in memory care.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
