Single specialty group seeks to replace retiring physician. Group currently has 3 general surgeons & 1 APP. Senior physician plans to walk into retirement & new surgeon will take over existing patient base. Group has an increased demand for new patients w/no scheduled openings to provide surgical care plus the most recent surgeon to join has ramped up practice w/in the last 6 months & no longer has room for the added volume.
