Job Summary

As one of the nation's largest Holiday Décor retailers, Holiday Outdoor Décor group relies on the efficiency of its fulfillment center. We consider our facility to be a well-oiled machine that operates with a customer-centric mentality. To deliver on our promise to customers, we rely on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we're seeking a warehouse logistics manager to oversee operations at our manufacturing and distribution facility in Becker Minnesota. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse logistics manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for thousands of product orders every year. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously while being a strong advocate for continuous improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Shipping Department and its team members to ensure efficient and effective shipping operations
• Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and within established timelines to meet delivery commitments
• Ensure accuracy of orders being shipped, whether they consist of manufactured products or small packages, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee the receiving process to ensure the accuracy of products received by inspecting, counting, and entering goods into the system
• Maintain accurate records of items received and shipped in the ERP/MRP system to track inventory effectively
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including counts and descriptions, to ensure accuracy in product levels and minimize discrepancies
• Conduct regular cycle counts and perform annual physical inventory counts reconciling any discrepancies
• Responsible for the logistics of all outbound products, including those shipped directly from the warehouse and items drop-shipped by vendors

Skills/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in the order fulfillment process
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and order processing
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes in vendor contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
