**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess skills in areas such as fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform restoration work including cleaning, building, and restoring damaged properties

- Utilize hand tools to complete restoration tasks efficiently

- Execute fire restoration procedures to restore properties affected by fire damage

- Implement water damage restoration techniques to mitigate water-related issues

- Conduct mold remediation processes to eliminate mold growth and ensure safe environments

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Building and construction practices related to restoration work

- Restoration industry standards and best practices

- Proficiency in using hand tools for various restoration tasks

- Fire restoration techniques and equipment operation

- Water damage restoration methods and equipment usage

- Mold remediation processes and safety measures
