RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain brand marketing strategy, including awareness channels, campaigns and product launches, sales enablement, audiences, competitive analysis and partnerships.
• Recommend and communicate brand priorities via marketing calendar and campaign planning, events, including promotions.
• Partner with internal teams, i.e. design, content, sales, digital; and external agencies for a successful brand initiatives.
• Responsible for success metrics and reporting for brand initiatives.
• Recommend and execute the go-to-market plan for new product launches and campaigns with omni channel strategies including off-line and online.
• Stay data-driven with a goal to continually improve outcomes.
• Partner with the internal sales organization for retail, distributor and / or reps, Including planning virtual and in-person events, sales collateral, decks, etc.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and marketplaces.
• Understand customer audiences and provide competitive analysis.

EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of experience with Marketing, brand development and digital experience in beauty industry.
• Passion for skincare, bath and body, & beauty industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or related field
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence throughout touchpoints with our community.
• Experience with content management and campaign management systems
• Basic understanding of digital marketing numbers and analysis to inspire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
