Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support trainers and facilitators in designing and developing training agendas and materials and ensure consistency of the training sessions with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain a database of facilitators and trainers for the office.
Manage all logistics for the training sessions and support trainers in the delivery of training sessions including materials, facilities, equipment and refreshments.
Facilitate training, as needed.
Perform other, job-related duties, as assigned.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor degree, preferably in a behavioral science or related field of study. Master’s degree is a plus.
State certification as a Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) and/or Prevention Specialist or be able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire date and maintain it.
One (1) year of work-related experience and knowledge of the Substance Use Disorder field (treatment & prevention techniques).
Effective time management, project coordination, and organizational skills.
Excellent presentation skills, including written and oral communication skills.
Able to prepare training budget and manage expenses.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel approximately 60% of work hours.
