Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for addressing various maintenance tasks in rental apartments, including but not limited to wall repairs, water damage restoration, light plumbing, light electrical work, and light carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections and repairs in rental apartments.
- Performing wall repairs, including patching holes, applying paint, and ensuring seamless finishes.
- Addressing water damage promptly and effectively to prevent further issues.
- Handling light plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
- Conducting light electrical work, such as replacing light fixtures and outlets.
- Completing light carpentry projects, including installing shelves and repairing cabinets.
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues and devising efficient solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.
Qualifications:
