Job Title: 1st Shift Traffic Assistant

Duration: 8 Months can be extended if needed

Work Timing: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Location: 2050 STATE ROAD, LANCASTER PA - 17601

Position Description

This position is for our client WK Kellogg's and selected candidate will assist the Traffic Department with administrative tasks associated with outbound scheduled, completing shipments, maintaining correct information in DLX. And the jockey sheet.

Also, completing various daily reports, maintaining daily filing of shipments, and various warehouse functions as needed.

Skills Required

Must haves:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly with emphasis on Excel.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with a proactive approach.

• Performs well in a team environment.

• Organized and detail-oriented person.

• Effective communication skills.

Skills Preferred

Nice to have , but not required:

• Experience with warehouse, shipping & receiving or transportation planning.

• DLX or other Warehouse management systems

• SAP experience

Experience Required

Microsoft Office is a must

Experience Preferred

Warehouse and warehouse management systems.

Education Required

Minimum of High School diploma or GED.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
