The VNS Health Summer Internship program is a ten-week experience for college students to gain first-hand insights inside a multifaceted nonprofit healthcare organization. Students will be placed in one of our clinical or business departments to contribute to key projects and departmental goals while developing relationships within and across the organization. $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

* To foster growth and learning, students attend presentations and workshops with VNS Health leaders and networking sessions.
* To showcase the knowledge and experience gained during the summer program, students will work independently or in cross-functional teams to deliver a creative and strategic business solution to VNS leaders.
* You will be placed in a department according to your interest. Host departments may include:
Home Care
Behavioral Health
Finance
Information Technology
Human Resources
Business Analytics
Compliance
Legal and Government Affairs
Marketing
* The Summer Internship Program is hybrid, requiring students to spend time on site in NYC. It will begin on June 3rd and conclude the week of August 12th. Students can expect to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Undergraduate student interns are paid a starting rate of $20 per hour. Graduate students are paid a starting rate of $25 per hour.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
Current enrollment in college or graduate school with a minimum of one year of college completed. required
