A DAY IN THE LIFE OF ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR:
This position is responsible for proving advances technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues that cannot be resolved by level 1 technician. The System Administrator will be responsible for independently driving and completing crucial IT projects that arise such as implementing a new system, application, or hardware.
