VNA Care is hiring Per Visit PTs; Home Health experience required.

Work any combination of days and hours: Monday -Friday 8a-4:30p and/or Sat -Sun 8a- 4:30p or 8a-6:30p.

Territory: Worcester Team, Physical Therapy visits are scheduled in a tight geographic area for each day.

Requirements: Per Visit Physical Therapists complete a minimum of 4 weekend visits each month and complete a minimum of 4 visits on any of the 7 designated holidays.

Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience.
