Hospice Physician - on-call weeknights/weekends, per diem

Position Summary: Responsible for the overall medical component of patient care. Experience preferred.

Education:

• M.D. or D.O.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of medical practice.
• Experience in hospice and/or palliative care.
