Salary $23.00 per hour

Hospice CNA or HHA, M-F, 8-4:30, home care, $2,500 sign-on bonus

Position Summary: Provides personal care and light housekeeping for patients under the direction of a licensed clinician. Duties are performed in accordance with the Hospice Aide assignment sheet.

Required certification:

• Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate

Experience:
• Ability to make observations of changes in a patient’s status.
• Ability to read and write English and document in a medical chart.
• Understanding of and commitment to the Hospice philosophy.
• Ability to work with a variety of people and as a member of a team.
