VNA Care is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Boston and surrounding towns

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM

Territory: South End, South Boston, Charlestown, East Boston

Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.

Experience:
• Minimum one year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience preferred.
