- LPN or RN license.
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Nursing.
- One to Two years experience/training or combination of education/experience.
- Participates in the pre-admission process and recommends decision regarding admission.
- Works in collaboration with Rehab department.
- Coordinates, oversees and ensures the timely completion of the RAI process.
- Manages Medicare Part A and B certification/recertification process.
- Communicates regulary with DON and Administrator.
