We are seeking a creative, strong-willed individual to join our team of Business Development Associates. The successful candidate will enjoy collaborating with our team and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds in order to generate innovative solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate should enjoy working independently and will have a history of bringing in new business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the sales process for products and services.
• Manage existing client relationships.
• Develop new ways to promote products.
• Prepare marketing materials.
• Handle order entry.
• Use data to provide strategic advice to executives.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM.

Compensation includes base pay plus bonus. Compensation does vary.

Requirements:

- 2 or 4 year degree or comparable work experience

- Leadership or business experience is a plus

- prior work experience 1-3 years

- bilingual is a plus

- Hard working and good student required

We are looking to rapidly expand our business development leadership program in New Jersey. We are looking for people to start ASAP.

Pay: $76,801.00 - $85,774.00 per year
