VKB Homes are looking to hire a new Crew lead/ foreman.

Description of position:
- Crew lead - Foreman / Carpenter / craftsman / remodeler.
- Managing from 1-3 people on your job sites.
- Managing the workflow on your job sites.
- Finish carpentry work, tile, trim, and cabinet installation in mostly residential and some small commercial settings.
- VKB Team members need to be able to work well with each other and be able to keep focused and stay on task working alone.
- Time management skills are needed to ensure jobs get done promptly.
- Attention to job safety, cleanliness of job sites, and customer relations are highly valued.
Requirements:
- Must provide a resume.
- Must have remodeling experience.
- Must be polite and presentable to customers.
- Must be trustworthy and kind.
- Must be a problem solver.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Must be detail orientated and take pride in their work.

- $30-40 /hourly (dependent on experience).
