We are currently seeking a Product Analyst for the VIZIO TV software product group. The ideal candidate for this position can query, analyze, and visualize data. This role is open for Denver or our HQ in Irvine, CA.

The role will start in an Analyst capacity with a focus on understanding the landscape of our data and streamlining the process for querying data for use of ad-hoc analysis and data visualization (dashboards). Detailed responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with data teams to define and drive data instrumentation needs and ideal tools for data visualization
• Communicate data organization, analytic methodologies, and SQL best practices to other Product Managers
• Accommodate other Product Manager requests for data to support feature launches
• Provide analysis of feature launches and KPIs; understand the details around new features for contextual input into analysis
• Help define, monitor, and communicate KPIs based on the product and business objectives

This role will quickly grow to assist Product Managers and the Product Marketing team with understanding end-user behavior with various aspects of our software platform (which includes the interface, operating system, first party TV apps, third party TV apps, and mobile apps).

• BS degree in engineering, business, statistics or related field which requires quantitative analytics
• We will consider applicants who have not yet completed their college degrees but have completed upper division coursework in an data analytics
• Coursework in data analytics is a plus
• An interest with TV Apps and content Streaming is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL is required. Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI is a plus.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $68,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $86,000/year. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $68,000/year. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
