Summary:

In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure contract and data alignment for select programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide introductory and ongoing client training, as well as resolve any client issues that may arise. You will lead client compliance reports and dashboard insights, support recruiting efforts for new clients, and contribute to the development of innovative reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to ensure ongoing contract and data alignment for select programs.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution on client issues.

• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative reporting and analytics.

• Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements that drive value for clients.

• Support efforts with building performance indicators (targets) through connectivity with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Strong account management experience.

• Proficiency in converting business requirements into practical and actionable recommendations.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software products preferred.

• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills preferred.

• SQL experience preferred.

• Willingness to travel.
