Summary:

In this role, you will provide analytical support for the processing and administration of provider purchase data. You will ensure high quality data is available for internal and external facing downstream analytic applications, for financial and contract compliance reporting, and for consulting engagements. You will serve as a subject matter expert on advanced analytical processes, procedures, and validate spend data and prioritize data submissions and ensure all processing turn-around times are met.

Responsibilities:

• Help resolve any Automated Data Submissions/Manual Data Submissions (ADS/MDS) work failures to allow provider spend data to continue the process of flowing to downstream applications and tools.
• Work with the Product Delivery Operation (PDO) Team by performing provider crosswalks during Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) conversions for ADS file submissions.
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to correct erroneous information.
• Develop queries, analyses, and deliverables for leadership including standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Track and monitor metrics related to performance.
• Receive, log, and process provider--submitted data files for various healthcare categories including med-surg and pharmacy.
• Identify inconsistencies in provider data, prepare validation reports, and follow-up for resolution.
• Manage data intake including keeping data current for all groups.
• Regular follow-up with providers and distributors to request submissions and process resubmissions within given time frames.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant work experience required.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets including MS SQL Server or Oracle, required.
• Strong quantitative and analytic skills, including proficiency with spreadsheet and relational database software applications such as MS Access required.
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines required.
• Experience with Paxata and Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong customer service skills to facilitate the exchange of information with providers.
