WHAT’S YOUR IMPACT?
Our Personal Insurance Advisors (often known as Agents) are trusted advisors who provide individualized
recommendations to our clients. They specialize in areas such as auto, home, and renters’ insurance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE AS A PERSONAL INSURANCE ADVISOR

• Delight our Personal Lines clients by providing extraordinary service
• Conduct annual client reviews
• Grow the existing book of business through proactive account rounding and referrals
• Educate new and existing clients on risk and offer coverage solutions
• Develop positive working relationships with our partner carriers and team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIZANCE

• 2 years of Personal Insurance or related experience, preferred
• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
• Desire to be part of a growing and collaborative team
• Enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic
