**Trade Specialist / Handyman**

at VIXXO Dallas, Texas, United States Vixxo is seeking a full-time, Senior Trade Specialist | Electrical & General Construction.

**THE ROLE**

We have an opportunity for you as a Senior Trade Specialist. This position is responsible for delivering expert general facilities support focused on grocery and supermarket clients. Heavy emphasis on refrigeration, heat recovery, controls, electrical, and plumbing trades. Experienced trade knowledge and background to evaluate complicated work tasks for clients with multiple locations requiring service or projects, and quotable work where the scope goes beyond normal repairs.

**Requirements**

* 10 years of trade experience including ability to support multiple trades

* Supervisory abilities/previous management experience

* 5 year(s) of price negotiation and profitable proposal creation5 year(s) of customer service experience, recruitment or inside sales experience, price negotiation, profitable proposal creation

* Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers

* Strong understanding of facilities maintenance issues

* Trade/ Journeyman license a plus

**Education Requirement**

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Bachelors (4 years) Degree preferred

**This position will be based at Vixxos service center at 2711 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75234 (hybrid schedule.)**
