About the role:

As a Digital Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping data-driven decision-making processes through your expertise in qualitative data collection and analysis. Your role involves crafting and modernizing surveys and dashboards using the Qualtrics platform, implementing A/B experiments to optimize survey designs, and managing and updating all Qualtrics dashboard reports. Utilizing data science and machine learning methods, you will perform qualitative data analysis, exporting and manipulating Qualtrics data for various reports and products. Your responsibilities also include enhancing the Qualtrics integration with Google’s Analytics/Site Improve, collecting user segments through digital surveys, and developing a strategic plan for Qualtrics surveys. You will build interactive and customizable Qualtrics dashboards, set appropriate KPIs, and provide actionable insights based on your thorough analysis of survey results. Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in qualitative data collection and analysis, particularly regarding survey design, custom intercept creation, analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Build & modernize surveys and dashboarding using Qualtrics platform.
  • Implement A/B experiments within the Qualtrics platform, to continually optimize survey designs, with the goal of improving acceptance and completion rates.
  • Manage and update all Qualtrics (Vocalize) dashboard reports and develop new reports upon request.
  • Perform qualitative data analysis, upon request, using data science and machine learning methods, as necessary.
  • Export and manipulate Qualtrics data, and/or utilize the API, along with all associated embedded data, and utilize it for other products and reports.
  • Manage and enhance the Qualtrics integration with Google’s Analytics/Site Improve.
  • Make recommendations to further enhance qualitative data collection and analysis in support of the analytics program.
  • Collect user segments/audience types using digital surveys.
  • Develop Qualtrics survey strategic plan. Elements include design, implementation, and analysis based on best research practices and statistical significance. Based on survey strategic plan, build, and develop survey within Qualtrics tool. Elements may include: Flow and logic, UA data ingestion, custom messaging, and design, etc.
  • Based on survey results, build interactive, customizable Qualtrics dashboards paired with thorough analysis of results with actionable insights.
  • Setting appropriate KPIs and optimization metrics, understanding how best to approach setting benchmarks and goals according to client needs.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Produce data analytics insights and recommendations and communicate to the client.
Skills / Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Must be willing to obtain a public trust clearance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience w/ Looker Studio dashboard creation and data management
  • Expert level data analytics experience w/ large data sets (acquisition, cleaning, wrangling, exploratory analysis, and correlation/regression testing)
  • Expert web analysis skills (deep knowledge of web analytics metrics and derived metrics)
  • 2 years of hands on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) including developing custom analytics using JavaScript to create events and triggers
  • Experience in developing GA4 custom dimensions, metrics, and events
  • 1 years of experience in Qualtrics Survey Development
  • Strong SQL skills (nested queries, custom query functions, etc)
  • 1 years of experience in Tableau Development
  • 2 years of Business Intelligence experience
  • Broad expertise in digital analytics, including knowledge of current trends and best practices
  • Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) software and processing
  • Experience with various UX/UI testing methodological approaches (A/B, multivariate, etc)
  • Experience with usability reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, including modeling types (linear, exponential, logarithmic, etc), model fitting, natural language processing, and image processing analysis
  • Familiarity with big data analysis, business intelligence (BI) software, data modeling, and predictive analytics
  • Experience using with SEO projects and tools including web crawlers, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and semantic markup
  • Must have excellent consulting skills and be comfortable in a customer facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Produce data analytics insights, recommendations, and present to stakeholders
  • Must be a team-player and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • JS implementations and Python scripting for analytics experience preferred
