Vivo HealthStaff is looking for licensed LVNs for home health and clinic care in areas surrounding Fremont, CA. New graduates and applicants with other language skills (Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Urdu) are encouraged to apply.
Implement the plan of care and treatment using sound judgment and critical thinking.
Provide accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing process.
Prepare, administer, and appropriately document actions taken specifically to the commonly prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications. Observe, reports, and record adverse reactions to medications and/or treatment to the registered nurse.
Requirements:
Active and Unrestricted CA license
One (1) year of paid experience required
Certified CPR card
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
Negative TB test or chest x-ray
Cleared Physical Exam
Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
