Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers build their 'dream package' to continue protecting their homes by providing high-end customer service and offering Vivint products and services.

Training: We offer paid, mandatory training over three weeks from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Starting Rate: You'll begin at $15.75/hr with the potential to make up to $16.75/hr within your first year.
Unlimited Commissions: Specialists typically earn between $300 and $500 in commissions each month, with top performers making $1600 per month. (Note: Commissions and promotions are performance-dependent.)
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs: Understand and adapt to their circumstances to provide a world-class customer moving experience.
- Sell new systems and items: Offer Vivint products and services to customers relocating to new addresses.
- Help customers see value: Convince customers of the benefits of purchasing new equipment and services.
- Generate leads: Identify potential customers interested in Partner Insurance Agency, Solar, and NRG services.
- Assist with service transfers: Help customers transfer their services to another individual.
- Answer calls: Respond to inbound calls from Vivint customers and employees.
- Address billing inquiries: Assist customers in understanding their bills and resolving other account issues.
- Advocate for customers: Ensure peace of mind and satisfaction for every customer.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Customer Focus: Strive to create a seamless moves process for each customer.
- Sales mindset: Be proactive in upselling and upgrading customers to the best equipment in the industry.
- Computer Savvy: Navigate various software and maintain a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliability: Consistently show up and deliver for your customers.
- Conflict management skills: Stay composed and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Critical thinking: Collaborate when needed and think critically to find solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to commute to our Logan office.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (cost covered by Vivint).
