Vividly Clean, LLC is a small business providing janitorial services to businesses throughout the metro with our office located in Blaine, MN.

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to oversee all of our commercial staff, contractors, cleaning accounts, clients, and project work. This person would need to have lots of experience in the janitorial industry and a flexible schedule with the ability to work early mornings one day and possibly late nights the next day, along with some weekends. Have experience managing multiple properties as they would be responsible for over 120 commercial properties, and we are growing so that number will only increase. It is not required for this person to be bilingual. However, a strong candidate would be able to speak English and Spanish. An ideal candidate would be willing to lead by example and roll up their sleeves to help clean or take on some project work.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of commercial janitorial management or supervisor
• Speak English and Spanish
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor care machines
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required –
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
• Ability to work well with others, independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Able to work days, nights, and occasional weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial cleaning as needed
• Primary responsibility will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible
• Complete weekly schedules for supervisors and floats
• Managing all commercial Staff
• Assist in Interviews and train new staff
• Keep track of inventory and ordering as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Perform quality control checks
• Organizational and leadership skill
• Client interface and ability to build solid good relationships
• Manage expenditures such as labor and supplies to budget
• Review employee performance and be able to execute corrective action plans as needed
• Fleet management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
