Responsibilities:

This person will work closely with the Sales Associates and Processors who are assisting their customers in the application and submission process.

- Review loan applications, validate and confirm the accuracy of key customer information and ensure all necessary documents are included
- Verify applicant information, such as employment, income, and credit history
- Analyze financial data and calculate debt-to-income ratios
- Collaborate with loan officer team and processing team to ensure timely processing of loans
- Clear communication with other co-workers and the Sales Dept
- Communicate with borrowers to gather additional information or clarify details
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and updates

- Consistently exceed borrower expectations and Realtors expectations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations
- Familiarity with financial services and banking industry practices
- Proficiency in using loan origination software and other relevant tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

- Ability to multitask especially when it comes to multiple credit applications needing to be submitted ASAP

- Ability to work independently and cope well with supervision

- Knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations is preferred
