Job Purpose:

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is essential in assembling finished products to meet customer specifications and delivery requirements. Under the direction of the Fulfillment Area Leader, this role ensures the highest quality and cost-effective production processes.

Work Hours and Schedule:

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Team Leader for daily work assignments.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate production output to meet specified targets.
• Manage product loading onto skids following established procedures.
• Perform tagging, labeling, and transfer of products to the shipping or staging areas.
• Complete special projects and routine paperwork to comply with operational standards.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain departmental cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, demonstrating proficiency in picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment is a plus.
• Basic numerical skills and the ability to follow straightforward instructions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
