Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for renovating, restoring, and painting various surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in carpentry, concrete finishing, and construction painting. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Repair damaged surfaces prior to painting
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with carpentry and concrete finishing
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate painting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in construction painting and related skills.
