While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

Supervisor Duties

• Hire V-Mates, while ensuring that every candidate has a full and extensive experience
• Train team members towards success and positive performance in their roles
• Develop team members both personally and professionally
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Create and monitor schedules and work times including approving and managing time cards 
• Resolve employee issues and disputes, partnering with the P C team when necessary 

Essential Functions

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the device care team including production, warehouse, parts and repair teams.
• Partner with the VP of Operations and other Operations team members to execute updates to existing processes, procedures and practices.
• Practice operational efficiency by consistently identifying areas of improvement, documenting changes, and providing recommendations to existing processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, tools and systems.
• Define and utilize metrics to ensure effective resource planning and operational needs in service of meeting customer order deadlines. 
• Review department data and performance in service of meeting productivity targets, reducing cost per unit, eliminating errors while delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage the department leads towards successful performance.
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
• Effectively communicate with all site employees on company updates along with inter-departmental updates.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Budget management responsibilities inclusive of site operations, vendor management, and tools and equipment needs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Provide operational updates to internal and external stakeholders and leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
