Job Overview:

We are seeking five dedicated individuals to join our team as Swim Instructors/Lifeguards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching children different ages how to swim. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have experience as an instructor or have been in a swim team and love teaching, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct swim lessons for groups of varying ages and skill levels, following our curriculum

- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by closely monitoring activities in the pool
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and participants
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area
- Assist with pool cleaning, maintenance, and organization as needed

Requirements:

- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
