We are seeking a dedicated Diesel Service Advisor to join our team in the Orlando, FL Area!!!

M-F 8-5, Full Time, Full Benefits!!! Up to $70k/yr, Based on Experience!!!!

The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating automotive services for clients.

2 Years of experience with service work orders REQUIRED

Dealership experience is a huge plus based on the work culture and environment.

Service Advisor Duties:

• Write up service orders and accurately document customer concerns
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Processing repair orders and invoices.
• Maintaining customer records and service history.
• Handling warranty claims and related paperwork.
• Interpreting technical information for customers and explaining repair recommendations.
• Knowledge of diesel engine repair, oil changes, air brakes, tire service, shocks/struts, brake repair, and suspension systems is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
