Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures
- Provide wound care and sterile processing as needed
- Offer patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of MD.
- Proficiency in family planning, ICU, senior care, and aliment management
- Ability to perform basic life support and handle emergency situations
- Strong skills in venipuncture, sterile processing, and vital sign monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in patient care is preferred

Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 5x8
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• Corrections: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LPN (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Hagerstown, MD 21746 (Preferred)
