Position: Compliance Analyst

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull Notice of Incomplete report daily and follow up with branches.
• Cancel loans from the system; send adverse action notifications and audit and correct HMDA data.
• Order reverifications and appraisal desk and field reviews of funded loans selected for internal audit.
• Assist license department with Loan Originator licenses, city and county business licenses, and agency approvals and renewals.
• Meet department audit and reporting guidelines.
• Perform special type audits in accordance with procedures, as assigned.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum three years lending compliance or underwriting experience in the financial industry. Experience in mortgage compliance preferred.
• MS Office products - i.e Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Experience utilizing Encompass is a plus.
