Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain current and accurate information on all acute hemodialysis treatments performed.
• Maintain dialysis equipment as per protocol.
• Charting, Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide pre- and post-procedure care with expertise as per hospital policy and procedure.
• Document post treatment hospital assessment form for each patient dialyzed in the acute setting.
• Provide personalized patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and education on disease management, nutrition, and exercise.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home dialysis machine operation, ensuring understanding and confidence in self-care.

Qualifications:

• Updated Resume
• Active California RN license
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year RN Acute Dialysis experience
• Must have prior experience in a hospital setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
