Security Coordinator

Required :

• Availability to work % of the time at the Client’s site in Ocoee FL(required);
• IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, applications development, database design, and administration (4 years);
• Experience with information security (1-2 years);
• Experience with security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms;
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds;
• Travel may be required up to 10%.

Customer Support Technician

Required :

• Availability to work % of the time at the Client’s site in Ocoee / Boca Raton / Pompano Beach / Auburndale, FL(required);
• IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products (up to 1 year);
• Troubleshooting experience;
• Experience monitoring and maintaining computer systems using company-provided tools, like Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM);
• Proficiency in Office ; MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, and Windows 10 / 11;
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Preferred :

• IT Enterprise experience;
• Virtual Meeting Applications experience;
• Government experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Security Coordinator :

• Monitors, reviews, and analyzes security access records for compliance with security practices, policies, and procedures;
• Maintains proper security-related file records and documentation to preserve information such as computer security access records, outside agency agreements, and contracts, following established security processes and Office of Information Systems Methods and Practices;
• Assist with the tracking of inventory for the Information Technology Cost Center;
• Participate in team projects and assignments that range in size, complexity, and contract duration;
• Attends and participates in Staff Meetings, Operations Team Meetings, and other meetings;
• Responsible for reading, adhering to, and enforcing Procedures.

Customer Support Technician

• Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners;
• Assists in coordinating audiovisual setups and video conferencing support;
• Identify and diagnose hardware, software, or network-related problems, and identify a plan to resolve, repair, or replace resources;
• Recommend strategies to increase efficiencies which may include implementing new practices, devices, and / or software;
• Collaborate and assist with other areas of the IT department on projects and initiatives;
• Assists in coordinating audiovisual setups and video conferencing support;
• Participate in after-hours (evening & weekend) on-call rotation;
• Travel to remote locations to provide support, and perform other duties as assigned.
