WHAT YOU NEED

• Current license in Aesthetics by the Texas Board of Cosmetology
• Two-years of work experience as an aesthetician in a dermatology or plastic surgery office or medical spa preferred
• Proven skills as aesthetician providing customized treatments such as HydraFacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, IPL, micro-needling and body contouring treatments such as Coolsculpting, Emsculpt, and Emtone preferred
• Proven track record of increase product sales through educating clients and recommending skin care products tailored to their specific needs and skincare goals
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and critical thinking skills
• Time management skills; the ability to be a detail-oriented team player
• Ability to perform comprehensive skin care consultations and create treatment plans for clients
• Experience with developing client relationships and building rapport with client base
• Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to promote services and upgrades to clients
• Positive attitude and demeanor when engaging with clients, fellow employees, and leadership
• The ability to establish trust with clients and ensure that they feel welcome when they arrive for their treatments
• Compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
