Job Description: LPN Full-time 6p-6a

Location: Mt. Juliet, TN, 37122

We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The LPN will be responsible for ensuring that all nursing care provided is in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. The LPN will also be required to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times, as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
• Ensure that all nursing care provided is in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work PRN 6p - 6a shifts
