Vitality Living is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Brentwood, TN

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports community recruitment efforts for hourly positions by receiving requests for job postings, reviewing for accuracy and reasonableness, and overseeing the initial stages of the recruitment process as well as provides additional support to focus communities as needed.

 Our community leaders will rely on you to

  • Coordinate posting of all front-line job vacancies in the recruiting system of record to include reviewing requests, drafting postings, routing for approvals according to established guidelines, and posting on both internal and external job boards.
  • Monitor published opportunities for expected activity and follow up with community partners as needed.
  • Manage department Recruiting inbox activity and respond to or route incoming messages as appropriate.
  • Assist with report building and distribution as requested to provide insights into recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Provide elevated half-cycle recruiting support to focus communities as requested by screening hourly candidates and scheduling on-site interviews as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in human resources or related field, 2 years of experience working in talent acquisition or human resources preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or high volume hiring environment, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems with UKG Recruiting preferred, and exceptional customer service abilities.
