Charge Nurse Responsibilities:

• Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments
• Measure vital signs and weight
• Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts
• Act as leader on duty for assigned shifts
• Supervise Caregivers to ensure daily completion of their duties​

Job Details:

• Full-Time
• Shift: 3 nights on, 4 nights off; 6:45pm-7:15am
• Alternate working weekends
