We are looking for a new team member to serve our clients and providers as their Behavioral Health Respite Office Coordinator. Working together as a team is our top priority and we can't wait to welcome another team member to assist in serving our adolescent Behavioral Health community.

Office Coordinator - Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for client scheduling and staffing.

2. Works with a clinical supervisor to coordinate client care and needs.

3. Effective communication skills when interacting with clients/staff.

4. Serves as the main point of contact between client, office staff and care providers.

6. Work as liaison between third party case management and clinical supervisory staff.

7. First point of contact to complete initial client intake referrals.

8. Critical documentation of BHR respite providers schedule needs/client care needs.

9. Participate in the maintenance of a professional office environment.

10. Participate in fleet management including check-in / out process, weekly inspections, and oversight of routine vehicle maintenance.

11. Create and implement new procedures to increase department productivity.

12. Adherence to Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.

13. Process monthly insurance verifications and ensure adherence to insurance guidelines.

14. Provides administrative support to Supervisors and Executive Director.

15. Operate as part of a dynamic team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Minimum 18 years of age.

2. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

3. Able to work with confidential data, basic knowledge of HIPAA.

4. 1 year experience working in a healthcare front office related field.

5. Successful completion of Agency’s PCW Training Program.

6. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

7. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

8. Experience with billing procedures preferred.
