Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for creating, installing, and maintaining various signs throughout the community.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to and from install locations safely
- Preparing the site for installation by removing old signage, preparing the surface or structure, and installing new signage
- Ensuring the effective measurement, placement, and installation of the sign
- Operating and maintaining provided tools and equipment
- Production tasks including painting and cutting materials
- Conducting site surveys to evaluate the location, assess potential challenges, and decide on the best methods and equipment for the job
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an Installer or similar construction role
- Strong technical and mathematical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with paint spray guns, tape measures, bucket trucks, and various hand tools
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
