Job Summary

The open position is for a graphic designer. It is an easy work environment. We prefer people who are self starters and take initiative on projects. We are currently accepting applications for an adaptable, self-motivated, designer/marketing with print and sign design skills. You must be a great communicator, detail-oriented and conscientious with deadlines. A strong portfolio is required. Personality and performance are also key factors as we are a small, tight-knit sign shop where everyone needs to work together.

Duties & Responsibilities: Design custom artwork for clients. Excellent customer service—in person, phone and email. Become knowledgeable of all product lines. Maintain design files for customers and sales leads. Ensure work area is tidy and organized. Other tasks as needed

Required Skills & Abilities: Detail oriented Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Strong organizational skills Ability to interact with all levels of customers and vendors Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required education: Bachelors, Proficient in Corel Draw

Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator

Required experience: Graphic Designer: 5 year minimum

• Monitor and ensure integrity of all projects in regards to viability, originality, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
• Negotiate and establish realistic expectations for resources, goals, and project timelines.
• Provide art direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively.
